Services That We Do Not Offer

  1. We are not Registered Auditors and therefore are unable to undertake work in the regulated field of auditing. However, it should be borne in mind that the vast majority of private limited companies are not subject to the requirement for an annual statutory audit.
  2. We do not hold authorisation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to undertake investment business. Advice in this area should be sought from an Independent Financial Adviser.
